Position Summary: The Parts Room Attendant performs various tasks to support maintenance by organizing all parts, tools and maintaining a perpetual inventory of all machine parts. The position is also responsible for ordering the parts to ensure correct parts are picked, issued, and received.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment: This job operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with occasional time spent in a professional office setting. This role is consistently exposed to loud noise levels and powered industrial vehicle traffic, and it occasionally uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands: The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. Throughout the day this position is required to see color variance between product, perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, stand for extended periods of time, lift 50 pounds to shoulder height, and perform repetitive motion using wrists, hands, fingers, with the ability to feel and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary, Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings and weekend work will be required as job duties demand.
